In the good old days people used to stand on there own 2 feet, either you made it or you did not. There was no hand outs, there was no billion dollar goverment bail outs as there are today. The good old mom and pop shops worked hard, they made there lively hood by putting in long hours, having pride in what they did and they were not out to cheat the average person. Todays world is a little different if a huge company gets in trouble here comes mr. hadout to save the day. Im not saying that its bad, but when you give money to these companies and then they use that money to give huge bonuses to there executives, or buy a new jet because there $20 million jet was just not plush enough so they have to go out and get a $47 million jet. Come on guys! Get a life… personally I think that these companies should have to sent the money down stream to the average joe that is on the assembly line, or out selling those cars, or putting in the hard work to make the company run. Screw the big guns and there $20 million jets, put them down on the lines and let them get a little taste of what it is to struggle in the “real world” just as mom and pop did just under 100 years ago.
